“The Magnolia” Tiny Home

With rustic accents like brushed metal sinks, quartz countertops, and cool barn doors, this Tiny Home was set up to appreciate some of the charm and fun (and funny) things about “The South”. You will have to say “Yes Ma’am and Yes Sir” in this one! The living room has traditional velvet sofa, flat screen TV, plus special “Southern” based accessories and decor throughout. Barn-wood style wood flooring and tall ceilings add to the airy feel, while cool “personal touches” keep you comfy. It has a luxurious full kitchen stocked with nice cookware, bakeware, drink ware, utensils, Keurig/coffee pods, and accessories. A spacious bathroom with quartz countertops, full shower setup, Master bedroom with sliding barn-doors and closet, 2 bunkbeds right outside the Master, and a loft with 2 twin beds. Go on the front covered porch and enjoy your own private gas grill, rocking chairs, and scenic pond views! You will also enjoy your own private and quaint outdoor fire pit area. This fun outdoor space includes a custom fire pit, firewood, “picnic” table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, and pretty stringed lights. Be prepared for an exceptional “Southern experience” to relax, enjoy, and create special memories!
