Inspired by local farmland and charm, the Farmhouse offers luxury and simplicity. This Tiny Home has tall “airy” ceilings, and is rich in fun “Country Chic”. It has a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom with full sink, toilet, and shower. Around the corner is a “Flex Room” with pull down Murphy Bed and barn-style doors. Upstairs is a spacious loft with three twin beds. The Farmhouse also comes equipped with a luxurious full kitchen including cookware, drink ware, utensils, Keurig/coffee pods, and accessories. Enjoy a living room with TV, and outdoor deck with rocking chairs overlooking the beautiful Piney River. You will also enjoy the inviting outdoor fire area shared with the Tiny Home “next door”. This fun outdoor space includes a fire pit with bench seating, Adirondack chairs, stringed lights, and your private gas grill. Be prepared for an exceptional experience to relax, enjoy, and create special memories!

First of all, notice the 2 separate words: LIGHT and HOUSE! Inspired by the charm, magic, and beauty of special lighting, The Light House is themed to remind us how special “Light” is to all of us! This Tiny Home has tall “airy” ceilings, and is rich in fun “Cool Lighting” throughout! It has a Master Bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom with full sink, toilet, and walk in shower. You will immediately notice the abundance of windows to show off the Piney River. Upstairs is a loft with two twin beds, small dresser drawers, and place to hang clothes.. The Light House also comes equipped with a luxurious full kitchen including cookware, drink ware, utensils, Keurig/coffee pods, and accessories. A living room with TV, and outdoor deck with rocking chairs and private gas grill overlooking the beautiful Piney River. You will also enjoy the inviting outdoor fire area shared with the Tiny Home next door. This fun outdoor space includes a custom fire pit, firewood, “picnic” table and chairs, Adirondack chairs, and pretty stringed lights. Two Brand Spanking new Tiny Home Park Models*!
First come, first serve on reservations! The Grand Opening date is December 1, 2020. As you probably know, every one of our models has its own Brand or “personality”. Each one is created for a special feel and experience! That’s what everyone seems to love!
All models come fully furnished with everything from plush sleeping arrangements and bedding, exquisite showers, and linens, to kitchenware and coffee setups, and a cool basket full of games. They have broadband wifi, TV’s, and a private large custom fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and stringed lights. They are stunning! Perfect for Fall and Holiday Community fires and s’mores. Both new homes are still being worked on, but here are some “sneak peeks”:
